Refund & Replacement Policy – Wish4Buy

At Wish4Buy, we are committed to delivering quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


📦 1. Eligibility for Replacement

We offer a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • A valid unboxing video is shared within 24 hours of delivery

We do not accept requests in the following cases:

  • Change of mind, dislike of product, or incorrect order placement

  • Product is in proper condition but does not meet personal expectations

  • Request raised after 24 hours of delivery

In rare cases, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Wish4Buy.


📸 2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure transparency and faster resolution, an unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

Requirements:

  • Record a clear, continuous (uncut) video from opening the outer package

  • The product and issue must be clearly visible

  • Share the video within 24 hours at: wish4buy2025@gmail.com

Note: Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.


🛠️ 3. Claim Review Process

  • Our team will review your request within 3–4 working days

  • If approved:

    • A replacement will be shipped (subject to stock availability)

    • If unavailable, a refund will be processed


⏱️ 4. Replacement & Refund Timeline

Replacement:

  • Reverse pick-up & verification: 2–3 working days

  • Dispatch after verification: 1–2 working days

  • Delivery: 5–7 working days

Refund (if replacement unavailable):

  • Initiated within 5–7 working days after verification

Refund Mode:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method

  • COD Orders: Issued as store credit


🚚 5. Reverse Pick-Up Policy

  • Reverse pick-up arranged within 24–72 hours after approval

  • Attempted only at the original delivery address

  • One attempt only — failed attempts may lead to cancellation of request

Customer must ensure:

  • Product is securely packed

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included


⚠️ 6. Delivery Failure Responsibility

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept order

Then forward and reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Wish4Buy is not liable for such costs.


🔍 7. Quality Check

All returned items undergo inspection. Requests will be rejected if the product is:

  • Used, damaged, or tampered with

  • Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

No replacement or refund will be issued in such cases.


💸 8. Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • A ₹150 reverse pick-up fee may be deducted (if applicable)


❌ 9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
